I know this video is long uploaded and probably no one will read this but does anyone know what mod or how chris gets the bell bearings from npc's without killing them? I tried to find it on nexus maybe I am just bad at searching

Such an enjoyable content but just get Chris out of god-mode and it would be amazing! The "I feel" string adds/removals is not enjoyable for viewers, neither for the players as it looks. For example the paint judging and interesting object at home etc. These runs/games have ton of potential. Maybe just clearer rules so it's not as random.

Some of the minus point stuff should be clearly communicated in a sort of lock out bingo format. Theres still gonna be cool or impressive stuff but like there should be some form of structure to some of them like no hit not upgraded etc. Since you stop caring eventually either way about that stuff.

I like this mario party version of elden ring lol, maybe make note of the cool things players do throughout and give those out as "bonus stars" at the end rather than announcing them as they go. Could cause some more surprising twist endings

Watching this after the first proper Strings Attached is wild, it's like an ancient unfinished version of a game that a later game was based on. Excellent idea for an ER challenge game, excited to see later versions involving the DLC.

Is it just me or is the audio now synched well with the tiny facecams of the four guests? I'm not far into the video so hopefully it'll get better as I only know Chris and Aggy here, so I'll confuse the other 2 guys voices a lot I think lol. Also I just like expressions as emotional feedback in a video, makes it more enjoyable. So the expressions/lip sync being vastly out of sync with the audio makes it very confusing to look at the faces s.s I love the concept though and look forward to watching the video right now. PS: Having watched it now, I really really liked it. Now if the technical difficulties get sorted out and maybe the strings are worth more, so it's worth it to waste time to go for something cool, then I would have no complaints.

And here I thought you wouldn't be using armor, flasks, or even torrent- I expected a guy in a loincloth with a giant sword and a blank inventory! You wouldn't even be able to upgrade it or use any spells since you'd need smithing stones to do that and the spells to cast them :P I realize it's a joke though, gotta add my own to it though :D

I like the convept, and I think this round was better than the last one, but I think one thing that could be improved is the mini-games. A lot of the mini-games in this round were pretty time consuming, with each player taking time to create/find something, then present it, then get judged, etc. And it kills some of the momentum of the race. I felt like most of them went on too long. I liked the Grafted Scion minigame because all four players could do it at once, and it was a lot more exciting to watch. I think the mini-games need to be quicker overall, have a clear goal like killing Grafted Scion or finishing the Wordle from the last round, and not be judged so that they finish quickly and keep the action moving.

Completely disagree with Aggy about them being able to see the timer. I love aggy but I think that’s because he just got so screwed by it. If they all knew before hand they could plan around it. The subjectiveness is a good idea so you can keep the game close, I don’t like the idea of having objective because it will change it from them trying to do fun things to try and impress you to making it a try hard thing.

You could add more ways for players to manipulate strings, for instance: first player to kill certain NPC is allowed to choose which player gets a string added. Some more in-game minigames would be welcome (even as simple as collecting x amount of certain flower or other material) Maybe some completely random hidden objectives that add or remove strings (first player in Atlus; picking up a certain weapon that usually is skipped), where fast progression usually means more strings added - avoiding the "faster player gets strings removed to make their advantage even bigger" "discard higher upgraded weapon" seemed too harsh - maybe change it to "discard highest upgraded weapon after killing next boss" instead Overall, more of this format please!

I love bloodhound fang because it is a fairly tall weapon. It literally reaches enemy before enemy reaches you. In addition, you can apply blood loss on enemies and you can instantly dodge after performing “bloodhound finesse” I forget, you may stun enemies with normal attack. It is a fairly flexible weapon for different situations.

I don't really get this format. The favoured categories are just such a wash for that person and since loser picks next it basically comes down to the neutral games anyway. So why not just have 5 neutral-ish games? Like, watching a top 50 comp pokemon player just shit all-over a casual isn't that entertaining, neither is watching someone essentially do their first run of Binding of Isaac race against someone who's beaten the game over.

i think the wheel should be set times like 5 7 9 and 10 intead of completely random so that the players know and can play around how much time they have aproximately until the next spin without knowing the time exactly. So after no spin after 5 min they know they have AT LEAST two minutes to plan

Great video again Mr. Chris. Also what you can do about the timer what Aggy was mentioning, you can share the time and when it goes to like 2 minutes or so you hide it so they know it's close but they don't know the exact time of the spin. Just a food for thought :D.
